We at Nextech have been doing detailed engineering for our esteemed clients who generally buy the plant machinery from the two largest players in the field. Our detailed engineering services are highly cost effective as compared to these two players. Apart from the above, we as Nextech have also been doing the review/vetting of detailed engineering work, originally done by these two big players.

Review/Vetting of Detailed Engineering by Third Party.

  • We at Nextech also undertake the review/vetting of complete detailed engineering originally carried out by the third party. The third party could also be the machinery manufacturer/supplier.
  • Review of the concept design as prepared by the third party for procurement of paddy/rice, shipment, port handling and offloading, processing, storage, packaging and long-term storage.
  • Review of the plant design and arrangements.
  • Review, comment and approval on all aspects of the design progress at different stages i.e. preliminary, detailed and issued for construction.
  • Reply to queries as raised by the third party and to be a part of the technical meetings with the client, meetings with the design team of the third party.
  • Monitoring the site progress to ensure that the approved designs are correctly implemented.
  • Cooperation with client’s team of experts in all related project scope of work.
  • Review of the quality plans and health and safety plans of the proposed scope of work.
  • Review the testing & commissioning procedures of the equipment.
  • Participate in the preparation of the operation manuals.
  • Participate in the preparation of the training program.
